circa 1974, modelled as a sparrowhawk attacking a bullfinch atop a leafy branch, signed and inscribed on base, limited edition no. 24 of 25, on a marble plinth with presentation plaque inscribed '"Sparrowhawk and Bullfinch" by James Alder. Presented to Norman Byford by his fellow Directors of the PARKER PEN COMPANY on his Retirement from the Board 1978', 26in (66cm) high including plinth.
