Alongside our Fine Art Auctions, we are pleased to offer a house clearance service to give a more holistic option to our clients.

Our House Clearance department is lead by Richard Bonner-Morgan who is known for his sensitive approach and attention to detail. Our philosophy is to re-use, re-purpose and re-cycle to ensure that as little as possible has to be thrown away. We work with local charities and international organisations to keep tip runs to a minimum and to give new life to treasured objects, regardless of their value.

Step 1) Meet with a specialist valuer from Martel Maides Auctioneers. We will then be able to allocate appropriate items to one of our hugely popular and internationally followed auctions to make sure that your items sell for the maximum price.

Step 2) Meet with Richard Bonner-Morgan who will discuss your needs and work out a bespoke plan. We will be totally upfront about costs and time frame to give you peace of mind at a stressful time.

Step 3) If you choose to engage us, we will work out a mutually convenient date and get started.
