- Notes: * The Westward was once owned by the Jersey based millionaire and entrepreneur T.B.Davies, who funded the building of Howard Davis Park in Jersey as a tribute to his son who was killed during World War I. A photograph relating to this painting is shown on page 81 of a book on display, but not included with this lot, entitled "The Racing Schooner Westward" by C.P.Hamilton-Adams.
