An early 19th century mahogany longcase clock circa 1800, by Edmund Richards of Guernsey, (circa 1786-1814), with eight day bell striking movement, the 12 inch painted dial with Arabic numerals, moon phase, and two subsidiary dials, enclosed in an inlaid mahogany case, the arched hood with brass eagle finial, the trunk with moulded arched door, on a plinth base, 222 cm. high.
