Birmingham, 1883, maker Jane Brownett & Alexander Jones, the T-shaped silver grip opening to reveal a gilt interior with hinged striker plate with match storage beneath, the centre of the cane hollow to hold cigarettes, on a stained bamboo shaft with brass & iron ferrule, 36in. (91.5cm.) long.
