with stepped pommel, wire bound shagreen grip, the pierced brass hilt with Royal cypher and attached braided knot, the 32in (81cm) curved steel blade marked Lambert, Brown & Co. London & Dublin, one side with Royal cypher, the other engraved Jersey Artillery, the brass scabbard with two suspension rings, total length 38in (97cm).
