the rectangular top crossbanded in burr walnut and rosewood, with inlaid boxwood & ebony stringing, the drop flaps with canted corners, above two frieze drawers opposed by two false drawers, on four ring turned columns to an inlaid quatreform base with downswept supports with brass paw cap castors, 35.5in. (90cm.) long when closed, 58.75in. (149.5cm.) long open.
