in the manner of George Smith, the broad top rail with inset central tablet with lion mask in relief, flanked by two shallower tablets decorated with anthemions within hearts, above a curved x-framed back with central floral roundel, the downswept arms with scrolled ends on sabre supports with gilt paw terminals, above a cane seat with a loose cushion on sabre front legs with gilt anthemion decoration.
