A William IV mahogany and simulated rosewood work table
the oblong top with canted corners, above three long graduated drawers with turned handles with inlaid ivory centres and ivory escutcheons, the top drawer fitted with writing slope, pen tray and three inkwell divisions, set on an elaborately turned and carved column with four short cabriole supports terminating in carved paw feet, with inset brass castors, 23in (58.5cm) wide, 28.5in (72.5cm) high, 16.5in (42cm) deep.
